One of the issues around which the debate revolves promoters of the cooperative is to promote entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation What do the young people in the context of sustainable development and effective emergence. The first issue on which the President Mrs Josiane BEAUTIFUL lingered a brief summary of the main objectives of the cooperative was the code of ethics of the organization. For it actually must "identify skills that can challenger employment," and to do this we must go through the citizenship, solidarity, work, excellence, responsibility, humility, integrity , fairness, transparency and respect finally a major element in teamwork
